Prithvi Chikithsa

It is a simple and very effective treatment modality.  This is a process where pure mud is applies over the body directly. The healing cooling, bio chemical properties of the mud helps to cure the skin problems, auto immune diseases, joint and metabolic disorders.


Jala Chikithsa

This therapy uses water at different temperatures to alleviate the ailments of the body. It contains many curative properties like minerals to heal many diseases, soothing , calming and relaxing effect on the body. It is good for acne, arthritis, depression etc


Vayu Chikithsa

Air, the very essence of life, now is the most polluted element in nature due to  human mismanagement . Paithal mala is very famous for its oxygen density in the world.  In this situation, the treatment like pranayama, fresh air bath  etc. help to treat and recharge respiratory system, relax the body and mind.


Mardana Chikithsa

Massage is considered as the passive exercise where the body parts are scientifically manipulated to facilitate circulation, flexibility and strengthen joints and other body structures. It also helps to cure sprain , relief of blood stasis, increases fluid circulation, eliminate waste products etc.
